Neuromuscular
Neuromuscular Massage uses precise, targeted work to address muscles, trigger points, and related patterns that may contribute to recurring pain or restricted movement. It is especially appropriate when discomfort repeatedly returns or requires more focused attention than a general massage.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage uses firm, focused pressure to address deeper muscular tension. Pressure is adjusted to your body rather than based on how much intensity you can tolerate, making this a good choice when you prefer substantial pressure or have broader areas of tightness.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses flowing strokes and adjustable pressure to ease general muscle tension and encourage relaxation. It is well suited to clients who want restorative full-body massage, lighter-to-moderate pressure, or a calmer approach to physical and mental stress.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is planned around the physical demands of training, repetitive activity, and recovery. It can include focused massage, movement, stretching, and other techniques to address overworked areas and help clients remain comfortable and active.
Therapeutic Cupping
Therapeutic cupping uses suction to gently lift tissue rather than compress it. Cups may be placed or moved across a targeted area to support mobility and address tension that does not respond as well to hands-on pressure alone.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy applies focused pressure to sensitive areas within a muscle that may create discomfort locally or in another part of the body. It can be incorporated when a persistent knot, familiar pain pattern, or specific movement continues to cause difficulty.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release uses slow, sustained pressure to address restrictions in the connective tissue surrounding and supporting the muscles. It may be useful when tightness feels widespread, creates a pulling sensation, or limits comfortable movement.
Prenatal Massage
Certified prenatal massage provides supportive positioning and pressure adapted to the physical changes of pregnancy. Available throughout all three trimesters, sessions can address tension in areas carrying additional demand, including the hips, lower back, shoulders, and legs.
