Appointments can easily be scheduled/rescheduled online through our website or feel free to contact us about making an appointment. We’ll be happy to help.

How do I book or reschedule a New Client appointment?

We do require new clients to book their first appointment online but are more than happy to help with any questions. New Client may also reschedule appointments online.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can conveniently cancel your scheduled appointment online or by texting us at 980-292-3879.

What is your cancelation policy?

Full payment is required for the following conditions.

• Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• No show or missed appointment.

• Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment

We are located in Charlotte, NC at 4525 Park Rd, Suite b101 a.

Where do I park?

You can park in any space in our parking lot labeled William Douglas or in the rear of the building.

How do I get to the entrance for the office?

Office entrance is located in the tranquil courtyard between building A and B. Follow the sidewalk that wraps around both buildings to the courtyard between the two buildings. Then follow the wheelchair ramp to the door with the sign “Key of Life Wellness, LLC” located to the left side of the door. If you enter from the other side of the courtyard you will walk up steps and follow the path to our door. Our office is the first door on the right once entering.

What forms of payment methods do you take?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay.

Can I pay for my massage with a HSA/FSA card?

You can pay for your massage session, packages and add-ons with HSA/FSA cards.

Do you offer packages?

We offer 3 and 5 packs of any length massage session including 60, 90, and 120 minutes sessions.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Gift Certificates may be bought online and we have: monetary amounts, single session, package and new client gift certificates available to purchase.

How do I choose the right massage for me?

All massages are booked as “customized massage” on our menu. This allows us to best tailor you needs for each session you book with us. There is no price difference between massage types and we will help you find the right session to meet your wellness goal.
