How do I book or reschedule an appointment?
Appointments can easily be scheduled/rescheduled online through our website or feel free to contact us about making an appointment. We’ll be happy to help.
How do I book or reschedule a new client appointment?
We require new clients to book their first appointment online, and we’re happy to help with any questions. New clients may also reschedule appointments online.
How do I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your scheduled appointment online or by texting us at 980-292-3879.
What is your cancelation policy?
Full payment is required for the following:
Less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No-shows or missed appointment.
Late arrivals - arriving late may require shortened your treatment time.
Where are you located?
We are located in Charlotte, NC at 4525 Park Rd, Suite B101-a.
Where do I park?
You can park in any space in our parking lot labeled William Douglas or in the rear of the building.
Is parking free?
Yes.
How do I get to the entrance for the office?
Office entrance is located in the tranquil courtyard between building A and B. Follow the sidewalk that wraps around both buildings to the courtyard between the two buildings. Then follow the wheelchair ramp to the door with the sign “Key of Life Wellness, LLC” located to the left side of the door. If you enter from the other side of the courtyard you will walk up steps and follow the path to our door. Our office is the first door on the right once entering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay.
Can I pay with an HSA/FSA card?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards for massage sessions, packages and add-ons. Please check with your plan provider to confirm eligibility.
Note: We do not bill or accept traditional health insurance.
Do you offer packages?
Yes—3- and 5-session packages are available for 60-, 90-, and 120-minute sessions.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes—purchase online by monetary amount, single session, package, or new-client gift certificates.
What should I expect at my first appointment?

How do I choose the right massage for me?
All sessions are booked as a “Customized Massage,” so we can tailor your needs each visit. There’s no price difference between massage types, and we’ll help you choose what best supports your wellness goals.
Can I add 30 minutes to an existing appointment?
Yes, 30-minute upgrades are available for package holders. These must be scheduled in advance when you book your session so we can reserve the proper time.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, all sessions are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. However, same-day appointments may be available and can be booked through our online scheduling system.
Why is the door locked during sessions?
For safety and privacy, our door remains locked during massage sessions. If you arrive early, please wait until your scheduled time, and your therapist will greet you.
