  • Specializing in Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, Asya is also highly skilled in neuromuscular and Thai massage along with many other modalities that she applies in her practice. She has worked alongside chiropractors, physical therapists and acupuncturists to treat patients with specific acute and chronic conditions. Asya is certified in Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Prenatal Massage and holds an associate degree in massage therapy.

  • Asya is a native Floridian who moved to North Carolina in 2015.

    She stepped away from massage therapy for a few years to serve her community in other ways, working as a Behavioral Technician for those with intellectual disabilities, teaching children and adults, and aid those in need both locally and abroad in Europe, the Caribbean, and South America.

    She is an artist who enjoys expressing herself through many mediums including painting, drawing, dancing, and music. Currently, she is writing her first novel.

  • Asher began practicing his craft in New Orleans where he brought his talents to film and television sets, corporate offices, and music festivals. His clients seek him out for help with acute and chronic pain, injury, surgery rehabilitation, athletic preparation and recovery, as well as to provide the regular maintenance required for those with demanding lifestyles. His work integrates several therapeutic modalities, including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, and ortho-bionomy.

    In addition, he teaches anatomy, bodywork, and holistic self care to students of the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork. He is a student himself of the Alexander Technique, and is a MovNat (Natural Movement) Certified Trainer, helping his clients reclaim efficient posture and graceful, powerful movement.

Megan Tallent

  • Meet Megan Tallent our newest team member! Megan has been a licensed massage therapist since 2019 and is a graduate of North Carolina School Of Advance Bodywork. Megan’s incredible variety of modalities including traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue and other certifications in Lymphatic drainage, TMJ, NMT and so much more!

  • Megan’s thorough knowledge in anatomy and kinesiology translates into her bodywork sessions. From 2020 to 2022, Megan explored her passions in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. This is when she acquired the skill of Lymphatic Drainage from a Certified Lymphedema Therapist of 15 years. Given the vast need for Post-Surgical care in that area, she adapted her skills for Abdominoplasty, Liposuction, and similar treatments.   • Jenny started her bodywork career over 20 years ago as a Iyengar-based yoga teacher and in 2017, she obtained a license in massage therapy through the Sedona School of Massage.

    Since then, she has studied Structural Integration through Kinesis Myofascial Integration, CranioSacral with the Upledger Institute, and human anatomy in a fascial dissection course with Tom Myers and Todd Garcia. In 2020 she embarked on a Masters of Public Health program through the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has developed a strong desire to address health disparities and inequities.

    In addition to teaching and providing bodywork, Jenny uses deep tissue massage, Structural Integration and Rolfing, lymph massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, CranioSacral, yoga, swimming, hiking, and ball rolling for her own health and well-being.

    She works with her students and clients to offer a nurturing, peaceful, skilled healing experience based on mutual respect and compassion.
